Briefly describe why you're interested in serving on a WREC committee and any relevant experience, both personal (lived) and professional.

There are 4 committees dedicated to supporting the work of the WREC. Read about each of the committees below:

Serve as an advisory board to local government agencies, other organizations committed to the aims of the commission, and the county-wide community with regard to racial equity.
Serve as a community forum for racial equity and create mechanisms to identify issues, concerns, needs, and resources.
Gather and analyze disaggregated qualitative and quantitative data to identify racial disparities and disproportionalities in the areas of concern.
Serve as the administrative arm of the WREC, ensuring infrastructure and necessary support to serve as an effective advisory board to local government agencies, other organizations committed to the aims of the commission, and the county-wide community with regard to racial equity.
